Capture satellite digital tv audio

I would want to capture all channels given a carrier frequency from satellital digital TV. At the moment, we have this board: [login to view URL] So, the idea is to programmatically constructing a graph in direct show, such as we can capture all channels at the same time from a given carrier frequency (by example, 12092000 KHz from 61.0"W-Amazonas 2,3). All the PIDs must be constructed in the demux automatically, such as we can insert a samplegrabber on each audio pin to do some processing. I am using visual c++ 2010, and the solution must work at least on XP 32 bits and windows 7 64 bits.
