Command line program to Read file, search for keywords, and then output string to another file

I need a programmer to write a simple program that does the following for me: 1) Runs from a DOS Command line prompt as a .bat or .exe file (eg. [login to view URL]) 2) I will pass one variable - the file that the program will read: eg [login to view URL] /C:\temp\[login to view URL] 3) The program will then open this file and search it to check if either of the following 2 keyword combinations can be found on any one line in the file: - "Buy" and "ABCD" - "Bought" and "ABCD" Only one of these combinations will ever be present, not both. They keywords will be found on the same line in the file being read from, but other words may be in between, for example "Buy the real ABCD" 4) The line containing ABCD in the source file will always look as follows: ABCD xx/yy $zzz NNNN xx is variable integer from 1 to 12 yy is a variable integer from 1 to 31 zzz is a variable integer greater than 99 NNNN will either be the word Dogs or the word Cats 5) So, if the program finds one of the keyword combinations in the the file then it must read from the first line containing both keywords and write to an output file (eg [login to view URL]) one string in the following format: ABCD17xxyyN00zzz000 If xx is 1 to 9 then it must be padded with a leading 0 If xx is 10 to 12 then it must be written as is If yy is 1 to 9 then it must be padded with a leading 0 If yy is 10 to 31 then it must be written as is If NNNN is Cats then N will be C and if NNNN is Dogs then N will be D For example: If the source file contains the following text: Blah Blah Blah dlkhjfdlkfjdlkj dlkfj dflkjdfl kdjf lkdfjdlkfjdlskfj dsf lihfldshfdlk reeilrueiurnksandasj kjhfkdjfh Bought the ABCD 2/31 $160 Cats at the end of the year cmv,nvcxm,nvxc cmnchjjhdjhfd cm,kjdskjds Then the program would write the following line to the [login to view URL] file: ABCD170231C00160000 6) I may need to make adjustments to the keywords being searched for, so I will need the source code for the program once the project is completed and paid for so that I can adjust the source and then re-compile the program myself if I need to do that. I am happy to give other examples to the winning freelancer once they have started working on the project.
