need program that will use Excel if possible as the basis for mortgage team workflow management, and run a CRM program using the data input into Excel. This would include alerts to team and others when a client's mortgage reaches various stages, conditions or dates, and automated marketing emails to clients, referring realtors and others based on history, conditions, milestones, dates.
