Bitrix24 implementation

We are looking for an expert on creating workflows and developing a system that will work with our company. We are a small office that we are trying to network with international lawyers to become partners and we will lie to implemented our extranet portal for them and also for clients where they will be able to manage and send clients to our main office in the US to work on their client cases. we also have direct clients that deal directly with our offices and for them we need to create a portal where they can upload their documents and have a communication with us. we will lie to create workflows to be able to manage leads and also to manage task process to make the Visas processing more effective. we will lie to implemented Bitrix24 videos a telephony so we can communicate with our clients internationally and I don't know if is possible to be able to schedule appointments online for them. we will also lie to be able to send invoices and for them to pay them directly online and to have access for them (the clients) to see they payment history. this will also be useful for our Lawyer Partners so they can see their clients info and payments as well . we need to create a way to be able to manage a system to pay a referral fee to our partners and that they can see this online.
