My project is to implement a CRM, either Sugar or Oracle, I understand the costs will be different with each. Data storage is minimal, there will be only 1 or 2 roles (manager role and sales person role), business processes will track lead to close, analytical reports will be simple (only a few needed at this time), no extensions/plug ins, and no back office integration. Please help!
