Create Printable Custom Tearsheets for Salesforce.com

Need to have a couple of custom printable tearsheet reports made for Salesforce.com. We have fields in both the accounts object and a custom object called "deals" that we need to have put together in a printable format, either word of PDF. The word or PDF files need to take into account page breaks, namely if a field, including long fields with pictures should not be printed across pages and images especially should not break across pages. The first template is a short template which should print to one or two pages with essentially a header with contact and date fields and then a body with a few of the other fields (5-10) from across the two objects. The second template is just an expansion of the first with many more fields 20-40. Both include long rich text fields and possibly even pictures in the fields. These reports need to be able to be run and printed separately, or based on a condition. When I say condition I mean "if the record is at a certain stage then print/create file, or if a toggle on the record is flagged print/create" I would then need an automatic email to be generated with all the relevant reports attached. In addition to that I would need to have a report that I have currently created to be downloaded to excel and properly formatted and attached to an automatic email.
