Convert PSD files to Bootstrap 3 / HTML 5 / CSS

There are 5 PSD files in the ZIP. Each one represents a web page we need created. Each page needs to be done using Bootstrap 3 so it is responsive. There is also a font in the zip file that you might not have on your computer. Each web page template has been designed using a 12 column grid in photo shop. There will be references to banners and placeholders. These templates will eventually be used in a database driven PHP application for a Daily Coupon website. This project does not concern the PHP but keep it in mind. Bootstrap 3 must be used so the pages are responsive. The 5 Templates that need conversion in order of priority are 1. Home [login to view URL] -- This is the most important template 2. Deal [login to view URL] 3. Coupsweeps [login to view URL] 4. 2col [login to view URL] 5. 1col Template psd I would suggest bidding this with a 1 milestone being the Home [login to view URL] and the remaining templates being due at delivery. This way we can make sure the Most important Template is done correctly before the other templates. All psd files have layer names that denote what the functionality is. Please NOTE: You can not just export these PSD files as a single gif image and ask for payment. I except that each piece of text and items in the PSD will be converted into HTML and will be a usable HTML 5 page using CS3 and Bootstrap. Please have experience in these types of conversions before bidding. If an item is noted as a placeholder in the PSD file it means that we will be inserting a banner image in its place so it is ok to export a png or gif that would represent the placeholder.
