I need an experienced CSS developer to create a website live chat widget without the help of a graphic designer. It needs to be smart, modern and easy to make changes to. It needs to float on the bottom right of the screen regardless of device or screen size and allow for the interactions in the screenshots attached. The overall look needs to be similar to the screenshots but not a copy - if it looks dated or amateur-ish, it won't fit our website. You do not need to handle any AJAX or backend stuff. This job is ONLY open to those in Europe, the United States/Canada and Australia/New Zealand. Please don't waste my time or yours if you're based elsewhere. It wouldbe good to have this completed in 3-4 days max.

I will use the requested code methods to create a front end chat widget following your specifications. The features that the screenshots suggest it must be expandable & collapsable and display structured content within the viewer; it must also have styled information for the admin. Content of any extra menu's or buttons can be discussed, and which ones you desire from the screenshots as well. The widget will have several layers for displaying content, such as the form for user first & last name, another layer for notifications such as the waiting time, and the main window for the conversation.
