Child Management System

What We need or require: We are looking for a developer to create initial web site code to track children placed in a foster home. The web site will be based on Apache, PHP 5, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferably JQUERY) and MySQL. We have outlined specific requirements, site functionality, and have an XHTML/CSS Shell. What I already have versus what the provider will build: We will provide the following: Fully detailed project developed by a PHP programmer. XTHML/CSS shell of the design. Database Design and SQL Provided (See attached documents). Page Layout / Functionality fully outlined (see attached documents). Provider will: Use the attached documents to create a working child management system and integrate it into the XHTML template. Provider will also show weekly progress on project. Our primary concern is to get the core pages system working to create the required database entries and basic reporting. The code must be properly document using PHPDocumentor ([login to view URL]) before the project will be considered complete. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Primary web browser will be the latest version of FireFox and Internet Explorer on Windows. An XHTML Shell will be provided however it will need to be modified to display the output of each page. Specific expertise that we are seeking: To complete this project the developer will need MySQL, XTHML, Javascript, PHP, and some css knowledge. We would prefer that the majority of the JS is done is Jquery as this is what we foresee future development using however we are flexible. Timeframe for delivery: We would like to have this running within 4-8 weeks. However our timeframe is flexible.
