Coldfusion/MS SQL redesign

Don't even know where to start. Our current site has Coldfusion 7 frontend and MS SQL 2000 backend. We sell food items as well as provide information relating to our product. We send newsletters as well as keep old newsletters in online archive. There are about 10,000 items online. Our Web Admins and Web team members update the site via the staging site, with different accounts. The main site goes live every month on the 1st. The company wishes to have a new look and feel. The current desgin company is lacking in communication and has internal HR issues. We are not satisfied with the new look they have proposed, nor been satisfied with their work the last few years. Their pricing is also becoming rediculous. We are looking for a new design company/person who can handle both CF and SQL who can make use of the existing site and come up with a brand spanking new look and feel. Or come up with something that can top our current 5 year old site. This will be a long term relationship. Unreasonable gouging of labor cost is closely observed, because we do work with a budget. We currently have a backup site that you can remotedesktop to and study it's structure. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. Our "Internet Team" has a certain website's look and feel in mind, which uses mostly Flash. If you think you can handle this highly demanding project and our picky Internet Team, we need to see your proposed design in a jpg file first before we can consider. We will then look at your porfolio website before we can say you are our next designer/webhoster.
