I'm looking for a professional at writing business plans in order to get a loan for a start up business. Basically I'm requiring the following Business plan that will enable me to get a loan: Contain market information for my area in NJ Help me define my; Business Identifies goals Serves as my business resume. The basic components include a current and pro forma balance sheet Income statement Cash flow analysis Anything else necessary for me to succeed n the paper work side of the house. I have very little capital (might as well consider it as none) and want to start a retail business very quickly (less then 60 days) The success of this initially relies on funding approval. Holly NJ I know the location I want this business to be, but would be open to suggestions based on market research. Payment of this will come after successful completion of application to the bank, so write in your fees as part of the process. After acceptance by the bank I’m needing professional support for years to come as I will need business advice. Looking for a loan of at least 200K to purchase initial inventory and possible expansion I really need this to succeed so this isn’t a low bid tem – but isn’t for a armature! Only bid if you know how to develop a great business plan and can give me hands on consultation as I will need it. All fees are payable with the condition that I receive the loan, so build your fees into the plan and add in any additional fees for 5 years of consultation. Serious only!
