Data Entry of Models Into Excel file Database(repost)

I need model releases and ID documents organized and cataloged into an excel database. I have all of the model releases and ids in PDF format. There are around 420 PDF’s total which is a total of 200 models. So there will be 200 models you will need to enter into the database, and the remaining 200 photos are their ids. I have every page numbered on the actual model releases and their ID’s with matching numbers so you can easily correspond which ID goes with which model release. (see the attached samples, notice how there is a handwritten number 11 written on the top right side of the page) You will need to input all of the information from their model release into the database. I can upload all the photos to a server or mail you a DVD that they are all burned on. File size it’s a total of 165 megs I attached a sample of a model release, as well as 2 forms of identification, and the excel file you can use as the database.
