create powerpoint for a video &/or create video

I have an article (10 tips for my niche) that I want to turn into a slideshow powerpoint WMM video. What I want is someone to create the powerpoint slideshow (approx 20 slides) so this is a simple job. I may create the video myself and add my own narration/or get someone to make the video as well if it is cost effective. This is the beginning of my sales funnel so the end product must be very appealing,colourful and attractive. The article is pretty much what I will add as the voice over so you can see the flow of what I am doing. I will pick out the salient thoughts as headers and bullet points for the slideshow. Initially, all you have to do is create the slideshow. I want an original background rather than an old tired over used one. The theme is professional, modern and appealing to 30-50 age bracket. Each page will need a graphic image which I will provide. I may have the video created as well if I find someone who I feel confident in & it is cost effective so please quote for 1. slideshow only 2. video only 3. both slideshow & video I will need to see examples of your work. This is a test run for me and ideally I'd like to find someone to do several other similar projects.
