We are looking for a professional in the field of customer service on monthly basis. His work will be to monitor the orders and communicate with the sellers and the customers to make sure deliveries are on time and resolve conflicts if any. This is a part time opportunity for one month and can be extended based upon the requirement. This is not a desk job, you can manage it on the go if you have a smartphone and 3G internet connection.
Requirements:
1) Good communication skills in English and Hindi both is a must
2) Should know how to handle emails
3) Should be of Indian origin only
4) Knowledge of grocery and e-commerce domain is a plus
5) Females preferred
