Hi, I have excellent Excel skills and would have no problem completing this request for you. I am currently using Microsoft Excel 2010 which I hope will be compatible for you. I would be interested in knowing how many business cards you have - you mentioned several hundred so I'm assuming it to be less than 1000 but please let me know if it is more than than. My approach would be to add all the cards with the information you requested in separate columns allowing you to sort and search in a variety of ways. Any duplicates would be erased. As a new person to this website I'm excited about the opportunity to be of assistance to you with your project!

Dear sir, I know how important is any job that an employer creates and I'm sure I can satisfy your requirements. I have worked with excel since 2010, so I have a large experience with it(I won't talk more about my experience because this is basic in excel). About accuracy, you don't have to worry, I will do those entries manually, so it will be over 99%, after I will introduce all the data, I will check them one more time just to be sure. Since there are several hundreds of entries, my necessary time for finishing my job is 20 days(I might deliver them faster, but I want to be sure, I have to expect the unexpected). I have been doing data entry work for some time now, and most of it include calculation and web search. Web search includes the use of Google Search, Intelius, Spokeo, LinkedIn etc. I have done conversion of work from PDF to a Microsoft Office application (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel) and vice versa as well. My typing speed is 60 wpm. With the experience I have, I am confident enough to do and finish work on time.
