Checking data scrape and entering into CRM (10% Bonus possible)

There will be a bonus of 10% over what is quoted to where the job is completed to a high level which is to be set in the first milestone. We’ve had a number of databases scraped for information on running events in the UK. Sample of the four databases scraped attached. There is some information that is missing and the information that is there will need to be checked. This will be quite an easy process as this information will be easily found on the website which is referenced in the scraped documents. As this information is being cleaned, these will need to be entered into a CRM, for which we have set up custom for taking this information using Podio. A total of approximately 2,700 entries have been scraped, but many of these are expected to be duplicates. The data that has been given are listings of events, however we need these separated into: • Contacts • Companies • Events Information to be held on contacts: • Name • Email • Address • Phone • Relation to company Information to be held on companies • Name • Website • Relation to contacts • Relation to events Information to be held on events • Name • Distance • Date • Average Ticket Price • Expected attendees • Relation to company Each of these is highly related, where events relate to companies, and companies relate to events We’d like to separate this into two milestones (minimum). Where the first milestone completes the first 100 entries so we can check that it is being done to our satisfaction for review and setting the benchmark that we wish the remaining entries to be completed.
