Gather RSS Feeds from lists of newspaper websites, organized by State, using assigned Google RSS Reader account. Feeds from each State will be added to its corresponding folder in Google Reader. Collect "local news" feeds when available, otherwise extract main news feeds. Collect feeds for all newspapers under the "Newspapers" section of websites to be provided. Disregard all other sections of websites. Document separately the names of newspapers that a feed has not been collected for. Lists of websites contain approximately 2100 newspapers. Completing this project with accuracy is more important than completing it as quickly as possible.

I did similar work and have very good skills to analyze webcode to gather the right feeds. My timing calclulation: approx. 30 seconds per website, 3x3 hours per day= 2 days in total
