There are 180 names and addresses in a PDF document which need to be typed into an excel spreadsheet (template supplied) so that I can mail merge to them. Example of data which needs to be read from PDF and put into Excel; Mr & Mrs Smith 90 Long Street Sydney, NSW 2011 Data to be put in CORRECT field on excel spreadsheet. Must be 100% accurate with no mistakes. Proof read and double check before you submit the document as completed. Able to identify any duplicate names and not enter twice. Able to understand clear instructions. Simple job with view to on going work. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: This job was awarded to another contractor 2 weeks ago however they have now cancelled the job because they did not have sufficient knowledge to input data into the correct field and assign correct title (they did not understand Western Names/ eg. Which is a Male or Female Name); Eg; Maria & John Bates Maria = Female John = Male Therefore in title section

Dear orpa13 I am a native English speaker from Melbourne Australia who could happily and easily do this job for you. I was an Office Manager for two Australian Federal Politicians, and thus required to do all manners of personal management and administrative tasks, this included managing the member's website and mail outs to the constituents. Besides my management of all issues related to the running of the electorate office and dealing with the general public I travelled to Canberra's Federal Parliament to be the members personal assistant. An integral component of policy research while I worked in Politics was to create reports and databases of stakeholders (those that would be affected and or require notifications of legislative changes). I also was responsible for creating community contacts for two federal members to make regular contact with community groups, media and local business within the electorate. I am new to Freelancer however my resume demonstrates my ability in the service that you require and I can provide a very professional experience. My cost proposal is based on $1.50 per entry.
