Do a Basketball team fixture (2 nights) for a season. Teams need to be spread equally and playing at even-random time slots. I have a competition with 5 nights of competition that I need done three times a year. I will pay $50 AUD per program if done correctly. I have two that need to be done ASAP, and 6 to follow in the next 8 weeks.

Hello, There is no any need to pay $50 for each fixture, you can use the same software to get the different results, given that the rules are the same. So, my bid is for the whole solution. I will provide you an Excel program which you will use each time you need a new fixture. What I need from you is to write down all the criteria that must be met as well as any optional (but desirable) parameters, in plain English, maybe with examples. Then i will create the algorithm needed and I will develop the Excel program you can easily use to do the schedules. A few words about me: I'm developing VBA programs for more than 15 years and I'm a trainer of Excel and VBA for 12+ years. I've studied permutations + combinations and have a good understanding of probability theorems. Also, I know a good deal of macros and have created many models for the company I'm working for currently. Creating fixtures will definitely involve probability theorems and permutations and combinations. I would certainly like more details about the problem statement and the brief before proceeding.
