Do some Excel Work

We are looking for data entry operators who will be provided with an Excel spreadsheet list of Australian Law Firms and their addresses. The data entry operators are to: 1. Download/receive our Excel database. 2. Search Google for each law firm listing and obtain the law firm's relevant email address. 3. Enter the law firm's contact email address next to the law firm in the Excel spreadsheet in the email column (highlighted in yellow). 4. If an email cannot be obtained, please enter “no email found”. 5. Upload/send the updated Excel spreadsheet back to us. This is a fixed price project and data entry operators are requested to propose your fixed fee. We have a total of 5,058 law firm listings and are prepared to split this up amongst a number of data entry operators based on each state in Australia i.e. State Number of Listings Australian Capital Territory - 123 records New South Wales - 2591 records South Australia - 350 records Tasmania - 129 records Victoria - 1186 records Western Australia - 435 records TOTAL 5058 records Staging and Release of Milestone Payments: 1. An initial trial period must be completed to show quality of work before proceeding. This means searching for the first 30 records and sending us the updated spreadsheet for review. 2. If the trial is OK we will instruct you to proceed. 3. Payments will then be staged and released upon every 200 email addresses obtained. Payments will be equally proportionate to the amount of work done v the fixed fee.
