Craigslist Expert Poster

We are a real estate company looking for an EXPERIENCED Craigslist poster to post ads as needed. Will require 50 postings per day between 12pm USA Central Standard Time and 6 pm USA Central Standard Time for a variety of properties we own and jobs openings we have. Description/Requirements 1. You are able to post up to 200-300 posts weekly in single major US city. We will provide titles, some script, and pictures of properties. You must be able to write advertising script on some of the properties. 2. You must have the experience and systems in place for successful postings. 3. You need to provide an Excel report with links to all ads posted daily along with a log of other activities performed (all ads will be checked). 4. Due to many properties being very similar, often times properties are flagged or ghosted. Candidate must take appropriate steps so that the ads stick and prevent flagging, ghosting, removed, or otherwise become inactive, all ads must be verifiable and searchable (will not pay for flagged or ghosted ads). We do not intend on breaking anyones policy, but we have many similar properties that have a tendency to not stick. We are not recommending the use of any techniques in violation of Craigslist or other sites policy. 5. Must have excellent English skills and work quickly. 6. Must be available for meeting once a week between hours 9am - 5 pm USA Central Standard Time. We are looking for a reliable member to our team for long-term work.
