Admin Assistant

Job Description: I'm looking for an Assistant to help me with some office and personal admin work. This include document editing, web search, travel planning, some bookkeeping, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. While the list of tasks below is long, most of them will be occasional. I expect no more than a ~3-4 hours of work per week. Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others - Travel planning and coordination - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online or on the phone - Occasionally will need him/her to pick up something from the market, a gift for example, stationary, etc. (A local presence would help here) - Must be accessible via phone and/or email during agreed-upon hours - Ability to do basic accounting is a plus Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete profile - References or an established reputation preferred
