Create a spreadsheet of local business and their websites

I am a web designer/developer looking to run a marketing campaign to target local businesses that have poor or outdated websites. I need some to generate a list in excel of businesses in my area using the directory links below. For each business within the categories (and sub categories) the following information must be recorded on a row in the spreadsheet: - The business name e.g. The Big Hot Dog Company - Which category that business is listed under in the directory e.g. Fast Food Restaurant - The web address of that business - you will need to search the web for this using the company name and the telephone number. The web address must also have a hyperlink on it so I can open the website by just clicking on the link. e.g. [login to view URL] - A score that you assign the website from 1 to 10 based on the design of the website, how appealing and modern it looks to you. I've attached a spreadsheet template to use with a few examples. These are the categories that I want you to go through. I estimate that there are 1,500 businesses to go through, although this is a very rough guess.
