Bulk image processing - OCR/PDF + epub generation

We need to post-process 3000 images daily. Every image has a 300 dpi resolution. The tasks are two. First, we need to obtain a PDF output of an OCR process of each image. Each PDF has to be text searchable and the text embeded behind the image. Each PDF must be created with a group of procesed images. Which group of images belong to each each PDF will be given with a CSV text file. Each CSV will have the group name (PDF file name) and the corresponding group of images to be OCRed. Second, according to the PDF file generated, we need to get a epub also, Only the text result of the scanning, without aditional information or images, that were in the original file. On each epub or PDF file we dont need any index, bookmark or cover. Attached are some file examples to process. They must be grouped in epub files according to the number that follows the word 'mov'. The original request is to receive each batch after 24 hours of sending time. We'll pay weekly. The price of the project represents a monthly payment, with weekly milestones. We'll send images from Monday to Friday, every week excepting during January.
