Adding domain names to fatcow

Hi, I am preparing to set up websites for approx 680 domains. I have changed the nameservers, now I need to add the domains to the host that I am using, fatcow. I will PM the successful employer the username and password for fatcow and also the 680 domains. The employer will need to login into Fatcow, click on Domain, type in the domain name to be added. Once the domain is added, I also would like the employer to click onto 'Pointers' and add the domain as a subdirectory as well. If the domain is a .com, then I require the subdirectory to also end in 'com'. For example, suppose the domain to be added is freelancer.com, I need 'freelancercom' to be added as a subdirectory of the domain. I hope this is clear. If the domain is a .[login to view URL], then there is no need to add a 'com' at the end of the subdirectory. For example, if the domain is freelancer.com.au, then 'freelancer' can be added as the subdirectory. Thanks
