Received on the-job-training during my lengthy service i.e. about 40-yr. Experience: I served UNITED NATIONAS CHILDRE’N FUND (unicef) for 19-yr (from 1977-96) at diversified positions. I worked as Sr. Supply Assistant, Shipping Assistant and Secretary. The duties I performed during this period were to; -control program budget and accounts of the unicef assisted programs through globally used computerized system. As a master trainer I was responsible to impart computer training to unicef staff members in MS word, Excel and Disk Operating System. -monitor and reconcile financial reports received from unicef headquarters, New York; -provide secretarial, administrative support and accounts assistance; - keep liaison with govt. departments, New York Headquarters and do day to day correspondence with the concerned quarters. -take dictation in shorthand and transcribe into English. I attended Workshop on Program Budget and Accounts held in Katmandu, Nepal. I trained staff members of unicef Male (Maldives) in the use of unicef globally used computerized system to resolve their functional as well as financial problems
