We have a PDF document containing ~410 pages worth of invoices we've scanned in. We need the names and phone numbers of the customers listed on these invoices placed inside of an Excel spreadsheet that we've created for you. Most phone numbers are printed, though you may find some handwritten names and numbers. In such cases, you should include these in the list. Either as you go or once you are finished, you will need to eliminate any duplicate phone numbers, and also combine duplicate names into one entry. (This last part will be more clear once you see the spreadsheet.) We estimate it will take a skilled data entry person about 1 minute per page, plus perhaps 30 minutes of clean up work. Therefore, we are willing to pay 7.5 hours of labor for this job. We are looking for freelancers located in and native to the United States only, with lots of similar previous work experience demonstrated by positive feedback here on Freelancer.com.
