Data entry job to read through PDF contract files and enter certain asset information into an Excel spreadsheet.

Please do not bid unless you are comfortable reading through contracts and are familiar with Excel spreadsheets.
You will be provided with multi page pdf documents. They will contain contract PO, vendor, asset info, etc? The pdfs will have to be manually read through to find values that match a provided spreadsheet (see attached graphic).
There needs to be one line in the spreadsheet for every asset (piece of equipment) that is referenced anywhere in the contract, which is why the entire document needs to be read through. For any column info that is missing, the cell needs to be colored yellow to show that you could not find it.
The job will start with 40 PDF files (there may be more) and needs to be started on right away, we need it completed by early next week.
