Do some Excel Work

We\'re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic customer service professional to engage with homeowners as they navigate home improvement projects. You\'ll need to be comfortable on the phone, fielding a rage of inbound calls, as well as initiating outbound calls to conduct market research.

This role is integral to Modernize\'s new consumer facing strategy. You will become intimately familiar with homeowner\'s pain points and contribute your ideas for improvement. You will have to think on your feet, finding the best way to navigate conversations with different callers. Sometimes, you will be able to help homeowners connect with contractors that can help them.

This is a full/part-time, work-from-home position. We offer competitive hourly compensation with performance bonus potential. This position has the opportunity to grow into training, management and potentially a full-time position as the customer success team grows.

Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:

Answer inbound chats and questions from visitors through a tool called Intercom.

Make outbound calls to homeowners to conduct market research, probing questions about their experience with different home improvement projects.

Report results of daily shift through online tools.

Be available 95+% of your shift time tracked through an automated dialing technology.
