My job as a customer service representative it's been always awarded and as a trainer I have taught the foundations of the customer service industry to many audiences; I also design training material and have done customer service QA and coaching.
I also have sales experience and now I'm dedicated to my career as a network engineer; however I keep training and coaching in my current job as customer service is a priority in everything I do; I'm a friendly and kind service representative and I take pride in treating people the way I want to be treated.
