Data Harvesting/Data Entry Personnel - Prefer Philippines

This is one of the ways we can determine whether or not the prospective provider understands and follows directions. Do not put a high bid or an escrow requirement because these are automatic disqualifications as well. You can read my feedback and see that we pay promptly and we have many people working for us that have been doing so for an extended period of time with no problems. For several reasons on this job we prefer someone based in Philippines. The applicants need to speak and write good American style English. We require one or more competent outsourced data entry personnel to obtain data from one site and enter it into our database. We provide 90% of the sites from which data is mined. In addition, some photographs or documents will have to be downloaded from sites and then uploaded onto ours. The project has complete instructions and we have used data entry personnel in the past and are using some now. The main issue is that our instructions must be followed correctly or the data is useless. We pay only for correct data, after the job is completed. Once you report the job is complete we check it and if there is anything wrong then we do not pay for the time spent correcting the problems. Once the work is complete we pay promptly. We have used Freelancer for a number of projects and have ongoing relationships with several people on here. Due to the nature of this work and problems in the past we do not escrow anymore (so do not bid requiring an escrow), but we can provide references or you can check our feedback to determine our credibility. The job pays $1.50-$2.00 per hour, depending on your speed and the quality of your work. We start at $1.50 and then if we are satisfied we begin incrementally raising the hourly rate for the remainder of this ongoing project. We need assignments finished quickly and for the successful bidder(s) to give us daily updates on their work.
