We have 4,800 rows of data in our excel spreadsheet and there is one column that needs to have the data separated in to 4 different columns. It is too random to create rules that automate the process, but "Fixed Width" text to column techniques could be used to separate the first two columns. An example cell we need to split is as follow:
Signs & Symbols - line artA New Guinea [url removed, login to view] Wallaby belongs to the Kangaroo family of [url removed, login to view] Guinea is part of the Malay Archipelago off the North coast of [url removed, login to view], marsupial, AustraliaSE
In this example, the new cells would contain the information like this:
Signs & Symbols line art A New Guinea wallaby. The Wallaby belongs to the Kangaroo family of [url removed, login to view] Guinea is part of the Malay Archipelago off the North coast of Australia. animal, marsupial, AustraliaSE
The first two are categories, then the title, then the description, then the keywords.
