collect categories for products in excel

We have 4 excel files with products, separated in 4 main categories. Each product with it's ítem-number and description use one row. Unfortunately, there is no category/subcategory assigned to each product line. On the other site, we have a web catalog, where we can search, to which category/subcategory each item belongs to. It's a limit of 4 levels of categories. Most products are are in level 2 or level 3. Your work is: - goto web catalog, first category, first subcategory a.s.o - see what products belongs to this category (products item-no is listed there) - go to excel spreadsheed - go to the row with the item-number matches - insert category names in the columns category/subcategory/subsubcategory (if available) The web catalog iswritten in german and english. The Excel files are written in german. So, if you have a little knowledge in german, it will be helpful. All Excel files together contains around 10500 product rows totally. Files are in MS Excel 2003 format. So it's possible to do it with LibreOffice too. This project will awarded immediately.
