Data to Graph, Plotting and Creating Graphs for Simple Data (IE: Day of Week)

I have a list of event data in the following format:

I need it graphed out in the following formats:
1. Graph with all days of week (M,T,W,T,F,S,S) listed at the bottom. On the left hand side, have 00:00 -> 24:00 time range. Show in a way that gives the user a valid view of what Time and Day Of The Week the event is listed most often. Plot accordingly.
2. Graph that details what day of week the most events happen on.
3. Graph that details what time range in 24 hour period the most events happen on.
4. Any other graphs you feel that would give me a good representation of the data :)
