Requirements: • Generate the 1- to 6-hour-ahead wind power forecasts for a 2012 year. You can use all or part of the available data for training. • It is required to generate the forecasts in the 2012 year for at least an hourly resolution. • Use the Persistence method as the benchmark. • Produce at least 1 forecasts using an algorithm. • Calculate two performance evaluation metrics for the forecast: the root means square error (RMSE) and the mean absolute error (MAE).
