Strongly prefer someone based in Canada.

I need someone to help me stay on top of several aspects of my business. I am a mortgage broker within a large office and currently have a database that needs to be organized and am trying to keep up with everything from new client acquisition, the approval process, and the very important task of following up with clients after their home purchase has completed. I need a partner who is eager to learn how my business operates and can help me with several different aspects.


I need someone who is available to work 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 11am to 5pm Central Time Zone. This will be 30 hours per week to start and depending on how it goes, we may make changes in the future. If we work well together, I would like to eventually increase the hours to 40 per week. I will need help at least for the next month or so, and if we can really crate momentum I would like for the position to continue longer.

To start, I will need you to manage a CRM database that needs some work to make it more up to date. Most basic information is there, but there are may data points that might have to be manually added. I will provide you with a custom Google Apps account and your own unique email address to work with. Especially at the start, we will be doing a lot of discussion and meeting over Google Hangouts.

Things I am looking for:

-EAGER and MOTIVATED to learn, try things, and build and grow our business!!!!!!!!

-Exceptional communication skills in English. Most work will be internal to start, but email and phone handling may become part of future tasks.

-Strong knowledge of Google products including Gmail, Hangouts, Docs.

-Experience and knowledge with CRM software and is willing to develop and customize features of current CRM used (Streak).

-Experience in building a client database and optimizing the best ways to add value to client experiences in order to gain referrals through word of mouth and via social media.

-Information security is of utmost importance, so you must be able to demonstrate your experience in handling sensitive information.
