Design a Blackjack Computer

Looking to hire a professional who understands the game of blackjack. I'm looking for you to create a card counting computer that incorporates shuffle analysis within the system without have to crack open a shuffler (shoe) to understand it. What I'm looking for is a device such as the creation of glasses with a very tiny, discrete camera hidden within them that can use image processing to count each card dealt and even the ones discarded. This needs to be able to count up to 5 - 7 peoples hands at a table at once. The camera needs to be so discrete that human eyes should not be able to see it. The glasses then send the cards to a processing unit through secure, undetected Wi-Fi or Bluetooth which then relays feedback through a device that will vibrate whether to hit or stand. The processing has to require fast speeds to be able to keep up with the game and not slow anything down. Shuffle analysis is the biggest part of this design. You need to fully understand how to implement shuffle analysis within the system without having to get your hands on the card shuffler itself. This has to work with high-quality shufflers that can hold up to 8 decks. The manufacturer nor model should not matter. Altogether, the system then needs to be able to read whether to bet minimum or larger before a hand is dealt. It then needs to be able to predict whether to hit or stand.
