I need a small board designed to assist with a current product. I have a product that requires 24VAC to operate, but due to line voltage variations and some internal circuit oscillations, the output high voltage varies widely. I would like a very small circuit board design that would do the following:

1. Accept 12-30VAC input at 500mA

2. The output automatically controlled based on circuit feedback (12-24VAC output required to drive my circuit/product at 500mA max)

3. Accept a feedback voltage from a high voltage DC circuit from my product that has a range from 2,000 to 12,000VDC by using a voltage divider (the HV output varies based on the 12-24VAC input voltage to my product). The HV current is less than 5mA

4. Take the voltage divider feedback for reference to the setpoint. The desired setpoint will usually be 6-7KV DC and would need to be set by a potentiometer or dip switches (this is open for discussion). The setpoint range should be from 2KV to 10KV.

5. I think the circuit should use a PIC chip or similar (low cost required) to create a PID loop to look at the setpoint versus actual HV output (as observed by the voltage divider) and change the output from 12VAC to 24VAC to maintain the HV setpoint.

Overview:

Input Voltage: 12VAC to 30VAC

Input Current: 500mA

Output Voltage: 12VAC to 24VAC (auto regulated as required to maintain my product's high voltage output to setpoint)

Output Current: 500mA max

HV Feedback from my product into this new board: 2,000VDC to 12,000VDC (use voltage divider to reduce voltage to 2-12VDC or similar)

HV Setpoint: 2,000VDC to 10,000VDC (adjustable by dip switches or selector type potentiometer) Typical [url removed, login to view] setpoint.

The new circuit should vary the output voltage to my product based on the HV setpoint.

The circuit board should be around 2" x 2". I will provide exact sizes at award.

I'm looking for a fast turn around on a circuit design, prototype and I will require Gerber files to have the board built and components populated.

hi... i can design your circuit easily on altium designer, also i design simulation document. but you must to know your circuit would not be small circuit board cause of 60W output placing divider resistor... thanks Більше
