nformation for the business: Architecture, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Design details: I am looking for quotes and samples of previous work based on the attached plans; I've broken the project into 3 elements below. We will accept quotes for all the elements or individually, Ideally it will be the same group. 1) Architectural Construction drawings & specifications To be used for the tendering for the project and the construction of the project 2) Civil / Structural Design drawings & specifications Preparation of an RC basement design inclusive of ramped access, retaining walls on all sides, RC columns and foundations, RC beams and RC roof deck (precast or insitu). These items will be detailed and accompanied by steel schedules for construction. As there is no requirement for the basement to be insulated traditional RC construction is proposed rather than ICF wall. - Preparation of a foundation layout for the 2 buildings Preparation of a RC ICF design for the 2 buildings inclusive of all structural concrete aspects. This design should suffice the addition of a possible future 2nd floor above. Preparation of a civil works drainage design in compliance with best practice guidelines. Provide a breakdown of the most cost effective and suitable solution to meet the projects requirements. Assumptions: We assume that the floor slabs and stairs will all be precast concrete and the roof trusses will be pre-fabricated timber all by specialist design 3) Mechanical & Electrical design drawings & specifications Electrical Circuit design, plant room location Mechanical speciaficaion based upon an ICF construction.
