Basically i have a prototype which i am creating that has an external micro turbine(output:0.1v-18v)+(.01-0.3amps) these ratings are based off dead slow to full rpm's for operation. Thus once the fan is circulating @ full operation it will power 2-12v micro solenoids(L-1.2" W-0.6" D-0.5") both solenoids push 2 seperate buttons, singularly/one by one. Plus on this prototype there will be a 3-position slide switch which is adjustable for discharging the solenoids every 2-5-10 mins while every discharge switches between the 2 solenoids each discharge will be 2.5 seconds each. This is where i'm lost, for i know it needs some kind of control module. that is why i am reverting to your expertise, and please forgive me as i am trying to explain to the best of my ability. I have done some research and what i have found is maybe a micro arduino module? Possibility? maybe but i dont know. Sum of story: basically when the devices turbine is at full operation it can be externally set to activate every 2-5-10 mins. Example: when set for two minutes it discharges one solenoid every two minutes bouncing between solenoids hopefully every two minutes. Once the turbine slows, the device basically powers down until turbine is creating power again which it will resume current settings just as i have explained. All this is within a plastic housing, dimensions are as follows: W-4.0" H-3.0" D-4.0"(the turbine sits on top of this housing) i know this is alot of info but please anyone with expertise towards my perdicament please please please let me know.

tell me what type of Turbine you use (gas turbine, Water turbine, etc.). And why you use arduino module, Micro turbines are not self-starting devices. They require a starter and a power source for the starter. The starter usually includes a powerful electric motor and a battery which acts as the power source for the starter. If the battery loses its charge or otherwise fails, the micro turbine cannot be started. To safeguard against battery failure it has been proposed that the starter for a micro turbine have an alternative source of power. Start a micro turbine and couple a micro turbine to an electrical load. The inventive power circuit’s direct starting power from a DC battery, an AC power utility grid, and/or another source of electrical power. An advantage of the invention is the use of minimal circuit components for a power circuit which couples a micro turbine to a load and to AC and DC starting power sources. Another advantage provided by the invention is to provide a backup starting power source that is available in the event of battery failure.

I understand your project requirement, that is you want to control two micro solenoids namely No1 and No2. Both the solenoids should toggle continuously for the setting time as selected in the slide switch. Assume that i have selected 2 minutes on slide switch the No1 solenoid should ON for 2 minutes and No2 solenoid should be in off, after completion of 2 min of time the No2 should ON and No1 should go OFF. For this purpose there is no need of micro arduino modules. This can be done with RC timers, PN junction diodes and miniature relays if approved by you. Hence with my experience this can be done very simply as you wish. If any thing you need to change while working also possible.
