Hi, I am electrical engineer with 2 years experience on cathodic protection of oil & gas projects. I have worked under a team for designing of CP for many MSMs, oil pipelines, and well heads on ADCO's Bu Hasa, Shah and Sahil sites. -I am corrosion and cathodic protection engineer at bapetco (shell JV) -NACE Senior internal corrosion technologist certified -B.Sc. Project (Corrosion Control in Petroleum Pipelines) Cathodic protection design system for Elsukhna/Abo khalefa pipeline Course in this area of expertise which are attended: -Nace Internal corrosion for pipeline advanced (August 2014) pass exam with score 87% -Cathodic Protection course at Enppi (Nov 2013) -Advanced Corrosion Management in OIL& GAS SKILLS at OGS (Decemeber2013). Skills that i can do : -Preparing technical specification, tender documents, material evaluation and procurement for upcoming Cathodic protection requirements related to Cathodic protection of facilities. -Installation, up-gradation, monitoring & Maintenance of Cathodic protection systems including plant piping, tank bottoms and internals, onshore structures, vessel and heat exchanger internals. -Reviewing technical qualifications, contractor proposals, quotation evaluations, maintaining correspondence to suppliers and cathodic protection contractors. -Evaluating the existing cathodic protection systems by routine monitoring and specialized tests. -Upgrading the existing cathodic protection systems having malfunction, poor efficiency, inadequacy or improper utilization. -Regular monitoring & maintenance for impressed current and cathodic protection system for all facilities.
