Build an audio detection circuit

I already did a very similar project before. I just tried to modify the existing code a bit and ran the test successfully with your beeps.mp3. My circuit can detect your beep audio signal just after 0.2 milisecond using the Microchip PIC16F684. Please chat with me and I can share you the oscilloscope screenshot to show my circuit detect the beep. Notice that in the test circuit, I just turned on a LED and there is no solenoid nor dip switches available – the circuit is as proof of concept only. I will make the full circuit as your requirement when you offer me the project. Please also notice that with this kind of project, the volume impacts a lot to the detection so must adjust it to the high level to ensure stable of operation.

OK, I may use a analog tone decoder coupled to an Arduino,as I have done before, though Arduino alone can detect a single tone, it depends in purity of 1KHz (harmonic content/waveshape). also do you want the full hardware price included (solenoid)

if you are interested with avr mega micro-controller i can do it for with confident as i knew that many other will not able to run this thing without any glitch or mcu hanging/restarting problem because atmel avr chips are very bad to run for long time table testing works but real-time testing fails esle if you chose pic mcu i can also do it on 8-bit to dspic and pic32 also i can do it for you on stm32 family mcu

A system recognizing 1khz tone is a standard system in audio activated electronics which i can easily design build and explain how everything works. Please keep in mind that the offer is for a basic tone recognizer. If you opt for a smart tone recognizer with audio signal preprocessing such as denoise derecerb or beam forming a non analog electronics approach is to be considered. Best regards Aris
