Develop a PCB that can either Boost from 5V DC input and provide 6VDC output at 1A.
Output must have a large smoothing cap of at least 90,000uF or supercap.
PCB must be circular with a diameter of 30mm max.
Please use Eagle only.
PCB must have two minature connectors to allow two cables to be plugged into top of PCB.
The following connections are required for Connector1: 5V(input), GND and signal and Shutdown. 4 Core cable will be connected here.
The following connections are for Connector 2: 6V(output), GND and signal. 3 Core cable will be connected here.
Large cap is required across output to absorb large demands from the load then the coil engages. Can use Super cap if you require.
Signal needs to be a passthrough with in-series resistor of say 1k in value.
Shutdown signal must be used to power cycle the Converter IC.
