Control 6-10 leds using USB

Hello, We need small circuit that allow to control 6-10 leds (final number will be decided later) using regular USB. 1. The circuit should be **_very_** cheap for large quanity (1000+). Please supply with your bid the final price of the circuit. We will not even consider to accept bids without final price. 2. We will want 1 sample of the circuit icnluding in your bid. We will pay for the shipment. 3. When we will approve the sample - we want to have all the relevant files in order to prodcue the circuit. 4. We are going to write Delphi application controling this circuit. Supplying Delphi sample code for control it will be advantage to your bid. 5. **Important :** please advise what will be the extra cost for placing 6-10 switched on the boards, and recieve these pressed on the applicatoin. Please supply your planning fee, and the hardware cost. 6.
