C# ASp.net Silverlight app is not copying all files to IIS

I have an app that worked before when it was sitting on the server. REcently they asked me to only develop on new laptop. WHen I publish the app locally, it works. When I publish to the server, not all files are being copied to the IIS. I need someone to troubleshoot why this is happening. I have a second prorgam that did not have this problem, although it was much smaller and uses Telerik not as much silverlight. On the laptop we use VS2010 and silvelight 4 while the server is on Silverlight 3. I would like to select someone around 3pm USA Eastern time. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
