Data conversion from Excel and Text to XML

We require the conversion of a set of Excel and text files to XML The application must be a reusable C# Console Application The application takes in as arguments file paths to Excel and Text files, and outputs an XML You may use Aspose to read Excel files, or an open source library You must use .NET built-in regular expression library to process the text files You must use [login to view URL] libraries for XML manipulation There are 3 Excel and 3 text files to convert You will be given a skeleton of classes and code You will be given sample files of existing conversion utilities You will be provided with an Excel file with instructions on how to map the Excel/Text with the XML You will be provided with examples of the XML file and input Excel/Text files You will work with Subversion and check the code in/out The XML result file produced will be tested by us for correctness You're expected to go through a few revise/review cycles with us We will provide instructions once NDA is signed Some basic knowledge of accounting will help with understanding the terminologies. We are a software company. This is an exploratory project. If we can form a good working relationship, there will be many more similar conversion projects in the future.
