create spreadsheet for column base plate design to BS5950

The task is to create MS Excel spreadsheet for steel column base plate design to BS5950. The spreadsheet is to cover the following column section types: UC, UB, SHS, CHS, RHS - all selectable from one dropdown menu. A good example of calculation steps can be found in CSC Tedds software, and four printouts are attached for your information only. Also attached is a spreadsheet listing all required user input cells. The steel columns are subject to moment, shear and compression/tension. VBA is not allowed. You are not required to create the diagrams, this should make it a lot quicker task. The spreadsheet is to include only one tab, is to be comprehensive and easy to use. 'Joints in Steel Construction - Simple Connections' and 'Joints in Steel Construction - Moment Connections' books by SCI give easy to follow examples. Let me know if you do not have access to these two books. Note: you must have experience in developing structural engineering spreadsheets to be considered. You will have to follow BS5950 and the Tedds examples yourself, you will NOT be give a set of equations. The spreadsheet must work correctly, the results will be checked with Tedds software or similar. You are expected to be able to deliver error free spreadsheet with no supervision in the time as per your bid. Any errors in calculations will result in a lower feedback, so make sure there are no errors. At the end of the project you will have to send PDFs of how your created spreadsheet deals with the attached four cases from Tedds. You may be asked to provide more PDFs printouts for other cases. If you have not bid on one of my previous projects then make sure to send a PDF file of your most recent spreadsheet so that I know that you have adequate experience. If you worked for me before (or are working at present) then feel free to bid on this project as well. If you having access to Tedds then mention it in the bid description as this is advantageous. By bidding for this project you agree that you will transfer all rights to the created spreadsheet to me - so that I have not problems with officially using the spreadsheet etc. You will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement where you agree to this (e.g. that you will not give away, sell, pass on etc anything that you create under this project). This is one of a several spreadsheets that I need developing in the nearest months (already had several developed on freelancer.com).
