Concatenate cells?and delete duplicates from Excel 2007

Hi there, I have an a few excel 2007 spreadsheets that I would like to merge the values from certain columns against the common company name and then delete duplicate company names from (column A). I have a macro that works well on one spreadsheet, but now need the same effect on other spreadsheets. I have attached the macro for review. This attached excel 2007 new sheet requires the same type of effect that the macro provided for another spreadsheet i was using, but don't really understand how to edit the code so that it works for this attachment... The company is the main identifier and need to merge columns C D E F G H I J K L M and S T U V W X into the row with Columns N O P Q R, if that makes any sense. Please review the attachments and let me know if you can edit the code to produce the desired results.
