Hello!
First of all I am dismissing your 'describe this in that language, describe that in another language' request, that's simply foolish, and I don't think I can call myself a fool, which you wouldn't do for yourself either, I am sure of that.
Now the rate at which I do translations for everybody, however big or small is 3 US cents per work, which given the stated amoun falls just short of 50 dollars.
The important bit in all this is to talk about the site in question, that would be much more helpful, including for yourself. For example straight on the home page you strike by talking about 'management science'(although it should be the science of management if you aim to be precise in terminology), but that's not the actual point, because you say 'translate'(rather than transliterate) the unknown terminology to the language of the uneducated, though assuming that 'rural' equals'uneducated' is a bit offensive talk. So for example in 'Doctor' section there's a 'Fungi'-named sub-section that should be 'Shrooms', simply because that is what they are(Fungy is a microbial taxonomy), in Bulgarian "Гъби" not "Гъбички", something very different from what it's talking about inside it.
This doe snot allow for large postings so I'm gonna cut it out here, but even alredy translated into Bulgarian sections, like 'Soils' for example is incorrect, even in every-day language, let alone in strict terminology.
If you feel like yo'd like to discuss further just hit me with it.
Regards,
Dobri
