Bulk Book Cover JPEG Generator - Just Text, No Images

Here is what I would like done:

I need an application created to generate jpeg book cover images based on an excel document. The excel document will contain the following information:

Title, Edition, Author, ASIN, ISBN, Custom Note, Text Color Code

The output should be simple book cover jpegs that I can save all at once to my computer; the file names should automatically be the book's ASIN.jpg. I have attached an example of what I am looking for, but am open to design suggestions. It would also be awesome if I had the option of making these jpegs 3d books as shown in the second jpg below.
